Returns
We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
Non-Returnable Items

Products damaged through misuse.
Gift cards.
How to Start a Return

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take additional time to appear.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them. After this window, the order may already be processing and cannot be cancelled.
